I see two possibilities. One, find one at a junkyard. Two, take your part to a skilled heliarc welder and have them weld it up.
Incidentally, I am not familiar with the "2.2" liter engine. Are you sure you don't have the far more common 2.5 liter engine?

I brought it to a welder and they tried to do it for a couple hours but said that it wasnt strong enough and this type of metal was to hard to weld, I tried to call some junk yards but none of them have any dakota's earlier then 1990

OH i didnt see it was a 4 cyl. course you DO know that most 4 cyl engines have imbalance in the crank that cant be balanced out easily. this causes brakeage, as you can see.

Well it was fine until I broke it, I guess the guy who owned the truck before me put a different bolt in it and I didnt know it so i pride against it and broke it... It was already broken in another spot but didnt effect it, so i wasnt worried about it, till i found out you cant get them -.-

Chances are, that's not a Dakota-specific part. You may have more luck finding one on a car of the same vintage with that engine. I don't know about a specific model, though. You'd have to spend some time looking.

Personally, if it were mine, I would make a new one from scratch out of steel. It doesn't look like it would be too difficult.
