Question Swapping back to carb?

I want to swap my 88' Dakota with it's 3.9L TBI back to carb, they came with one in 87' only like this one. Can I just pull my throttle body and bolt this on good to go? Or will I need to change fuel lines and other things? Should be straight forward? Can I use a carb off anything else since the 87 Dakota carb might be hard to find? (keep in mind dirt cheap) this one photoed is $75 on eBay

You would have to install a new fuel pressure regulator. iirc fuel injection runs at around 40psi and carbs run around 4-8 psi depending on the setup. And 318 carbs aren't a direct bolt on.
