4.5 don't cut it... sorry .. the instructions that originally came with it specify 3.75 backspace but 4 does work
if you had bigger rims 4.5 would work but I believe would require 17's or so ...
also width of rim has an effect on width of tire...

actually the trailmaster install manual says maximum backspace cannot exceed 4 1/8th and distance from rim/hub mating surface to edge of tire cannot exceed 4 3/4 inch
Now this is the Manual that should have came with the lift kit unless it was missing ...
Source (CrazyRT's private collection)
anyway the spacers u posted are good I had a set of 1.5's and 2.0's and well made just make sure you use the supplied nuts to mount to truck as truck ones might be to long to fit between spacer and rim

that PDF is the exact one that came with the kit and it still says
Wheel Change Necessary: Maximum back space of rims
cannot exceed 4-1/2". Fig. 1. Distance from rim/hub mating
surface to inner side wall of tire cannot exceed 4-3/4". Fig. 2.
Ensure rim and tire combination you choose provides
adequate clearance between tire sidewall and upper control
arm.
but thanks though
