Default real low idle and stalling to high idle?

Hello everyone I'm new to the forums I joined hoping someone out there would have a solution to my problem which is I have a 99 dodge Dakota with a 3.9 v6 engine now sometimes my truck will start right up and will run just fine but other days it'll start and idle real low or just completely die out which I have to keep my foot on the gas to keep it running and usually after it runs for awhile it doesn't stall or I'll get to my destination and it'll be idleing at about 2500 RpMs....idk what to do I've replaced the IAC a few times and it'll run fine for a week or two then it'll happen again. Anyways that's what's wrong with my truck if anyone knows what's going on or has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated I'm getting sick of this crap happening almost every day when I go to work
