slipping tranny

Default slipping tranny
i have a 98 dakota v6 auto --the tranny is not always shifting or it seem like its in 2nd on take off
does anyone have the same problem.. what can you do about

There is a lot of info on this problem in the durango forum 1st generation. These are the same chasis.[sm=icon_stickpoke.gif]

If the fluid is slightly low, it will slip.
