Trans Swap Question for Crawler Hauler

Flywheels, just to make sure we are on the same page here, The flywheel for the 3.9 and 5.2 are neutral balanced. The 5.9 magnum has a external balanced flywheel. The 5.9 magnum and 5.9 LA (both gas motors) are balanced external but not interchangeable due to different balance weights.
The magnum 5.2 magnum and 3.9 magnum, although both are neutral balance will not interchange due to the crank signal sensor being for a v6 or v8.
But as far as bolt pattern on the crank, they are all the same.
Again, please keep in mind, most of this is what I have read. I too am gathering information for a swap of a different type.
But with all of that said, I suspect when you are asking about the bolt pattern of the crankshaft of a 5.9 you are talking about a diesel. Again, I was speaking of the magnum motor. (gas) Im sorry for the confusion.

Yes 5.9 gas. So what im getting from this is the clutch plate flywheel (if im saying it right) has notches like the flex plate does for the autos trans for timing and all the bolt holes on the flywheel are the same on all 3.9, 5.2, 5.9. So I should technically be able to look for a clutch kit for the specific transmission im using as long as the outer bolts on the clutch kit match the same as the flywheel for the 3.9l and it should work. Correct?

The general consensus is that the NV3500 and the AX-15 are approximately the same strength wise. The NV3500 is rated for 300 ft. lbs. Aisin has never published torque specs for the AX-15, but it is generally thought to be similar enough that it doesn't really matter. However, the AX-15 is apparently known for synchro problems, particularly in 2nd gear I think. Mine has no issues (116,000 miles). That said the NV3500 seems to be generally accepted as more reliable...not necessarily stronger, but more reliable.

Reliable is more what im looking for mostly. I read alot of people couldnt find alot of aftermarket parts for the NV3500 were the AX-15 there were alot. Like creepy crawler kits and better gear packs. But if the are mostly the same as far as bolt patterns for the block and T case I dont see were they wouldnt be interchangable for after market parts. Would the NV3500 stand up to the 5.9l Magnum if I choose that route versus the 3.9l Cummins?

3.9l Magnum to NV3500 Parts?
So... I have purchased the NV3500 Transmission for my 94 Dakota Crawler Hauler but there still are some questions as this is my first budget build...
* Will a stock Clutch Flywheel for the 3.9L motor work with the clutch for the NV3500?
* Is the master and slave from the 3.9L Dakota compatible with the NV3500 or should I be looking for one out of a 1500 or 2500 in the same early year models?
* Will the clutch, brake, throttle pedal assemble from the mid 90s Ram work in my 94 Dodge Dakota or do I need to find the Dakota Pedals?
* Is there any special setup required to space the distance of the throw out to the clutch? Ive heard rumors of some people having the pedal to the floor before the clutch finally disengages.
