Default 1996 Dodge Dakota 3.9 V6 Overheating

My truck is overheating very rapidly. I can drive for maybe 10 mins before it's totally overheated. I have replaced the water pump, which was leaking from the seep hole, the thermostat, upper and lower hoses, and flushed and refilled the system with new coolant. Could there be air in the system? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
~Thomas

Check your engine oil for contamination, see if it's milky at all. It's possible you have a bad head gasket. Your oil would be a key giveaway.

when you refilled it, did you start it up with the cap off, and let it idle until the t-stat opened? Then finish filling the system? If not, you probably do have air in it. After its cooled down, have you checked to see if the coolant is still full in the radiator, and not the recovery tank?
