exhaust manifold stud broken

2 things,
at least on my 87 the y-pipe to manifold is bolts. I thought they would be studs but they are 3/8 bolts. I know you are asking on the head side, an sorry, I dont know, and would not be surprised to find they are metric.

The OP may want to ask JBA about that; the Walker part (which isn't Mandrel bent) fits back to 1994, so I'm not sure why this doesn't list to fit.

I agree, I wonder if it is the o2 bungs.

I wouldn't think so; the Walker is the same part, 1994-2002. Same number of bungs and everything.

Studs are 5/16-18. I have replaced them with bolts most times that I have had to deal with them. I must be lucky since I haven't had much issue with them breaking usually they come right out
