Lifting My 4x4?
I read I can crank the front keys up to raise the front around 2" but what if I want to go higher? Do they make aftermarket keys?
Is there a better way to level the rear after a lift than blocks? Lift shackles?
I am going to go with a 2" body lift as well, and try to get 33s on the truck if I can get more than 3" out of the suspension lift...6" total lift will probably be needed.

Thank you, yes I have torsion bars. Cranking will only bring me up about 2" I want more.
If I buy aftermarket keys what is the max height I can get out of my front? If I crank on aftermarket keys can I achieve a 4" suspension lift??

If you have the v6 engine like me, go down to the junk yard and grab some torsion bars off a v8 dakota, crank the keys and you will have to rip off the rubber bump stops because the upper control arms will be just about touching the metal stopper. Can't go taller than that without doing an SAS. It's easier to crank them IMO if you lift the front end up off the ground, then you're not fighting to lift the weight of the truck as you tighten them down. Just doing that with a 2" body lift I was able to run 285's with no problem, and only had minor body rub on bumps when I went up to the 315's.
The V8 torsion bars are a bit stiffer since they're designed to hold 2 more cylinders; thereby lifting the truck a small bit more.
(Olde skool tip - to raise a car, pick front springs from a bigger heavier motor; to lower it, use springs from a smaller lighter motor.)

been searching and looking for a lift for my86 2wd d150 and I can’t find anything man I’m on the brink of giving up
You likely aren't going to.... Even finding stuff for the 2nd gen 2wd trucks is getting near impossible... consider the NEWST first gen truck is pushing 30 years old.... Very little aftermarket support left for them.
