Most of my driving is interstate.
If you autocross, if you didn't use the poly bushings, I'd find delrin bushings so that the control arms stay located and don't shift around any on cornering thrusts.
I'd also do poly rack bushings and the grease-able sway bar mounting bushings.
Wait.
Except for the rack bushings (which are sitting here awaiting my pulling the rack to do them!), that's what I did *grins* Until the rubber rack bushing started rotting due to the splashing power steering fluid from the bad seal on the PS pump, it was solid and kept on going the way I pointed it, like a vehicle should. (With the bad driver's side bushing, the rack shifts some, so it tends to wander a bit ... )
