Angry 92 Dakota: no spark, no fuel, starter activates

I have no spark, and no fuel. But the starter turns over strong!
I am at my wits end.. I need help. Let me break down everything that I have done/changed.

I have a 1992 Dodge Dakota LE. 6 cylinder 3.9L 2WD
I have replaced the following:
- ALL of the relays in the Power Distribution Center/Relay Box
- Coil pack
- Wires
- Plugs
- Distributor Cap and Rotor
- Pick up coil (within the distributor)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor
I heard about a fuse-able link. Tracking it down from the PDC, I found a set of blue wires, 3 into 1. Checking these The link is fine, and has power. I found another set of three wires, 2 grey, 1 black. One to fuel pump relay, one to the ASD relay. All three wires are supposed to be together, according to the wiring diagram, and were placed back together.

Any help and brainstorming would be greatly appreciated.

How do you mean 'I have no spark or fuel'?
Did you check each plug wire for spark? for fuel pressure at the fuel rail?
No spark IDK but if there is no fuel pressure you have an inline filter and the pump is in the tank. There is a lot of info on the first FAQ page that may help. It covers a lot of common issues. Its better to just read it instead of looking for your specific issue. Luckily the pump stuff is near the top.

It's not the fuel pump relay, as it does not activate when turning the key. Bypassing the relay, and sending power directly, the fuel pump does initialize and give the needed fuel pressute. Fuelnfilter has also been replaced.

If the coil isn't sending power, then there would be no spark at the plugs.

I've read through just about everything. I'm hoping for assistance in something that

Have you checked the ignition switch? It would appear from the diagram, that the ignition starting circuit is on a different set of contacts in the ignition switch than the starter relay.

If the ASD Relay/Fuel Pump relay aren't clicking on when you turn the key to run or start, then either the ground from the ECM is toast (wire or ECM itself), or you aren't getting 12VDC through the ignition switch.

I have had suspicion that it may be one of those two. Hoping I may have missed something else, before I do those two. Heard of a possibility of an ASD switch, to keep the fuel and such from activating in an accident. But from what I have been told, that feature isnt on the 92 Dakota.
It looks like the ignition will be a cheaper start, than the ECM. I will replace the ignition switch, and see what happens. I have noticed, that the buzzer does stay on after the key has been removed. As well as the ambient light, around the key ignition, sometimes stays lit.
Thank you.

In the thread subject line you say '91, and in your first posting you say '92. Which is it? The difference will be between TBI and discrete injectors, if I understand correctly.

I have replaced the Ignition Switch, and I still get no spark.

How does one test for a bad ECM?
