Ditto that, the wheel/tire combo is so oversized that the fender openings (both front and rear) have been cut to allow them to fit. And to boot the work wasn't even done very well.

Haha, you might be right! Might have been a little cutting but I wouldn't doubt that the majority was rusty enough that it could be ripped away or had already fallen off.
