Squeaking nose when turning steering wheel

Is your steering column tilt or non?
If non-tilt, I'd pull the steering wheel and put some lithium grease in about the turn signal cam; that rubs and after it dries out it can squeak.
If it's at the BOTTOM of the column, you may need to get the lower bearing replaced.
If it's tilt, the same thing applies; but it's a bit more difficult (it's like 3 pages instead of half a page for the non-tilt column to get to the cam; hence my limping on one that acts up instead of replacing it with a perfectly new Mopar switch here ...)
