Making more progress, got induction setup like I want it. I do have a question regarding an eyelet connector. Anyone know where does this ground wire that comes off the white connector in this picture connect to?

Looks like it goes to the power distribution center. The FSM didn't really have any clear explanation on it.

I'm betting it's a 12V in line to the PDC. Looks like the disconnect my 12V line has anyway. But I'd see if it goes to the always-on battery side of some of the fuses with a continuity tester first.

You are indeed correct, after a junkyard trip for clarification it is the cable that goes to the alternator. Hard to believe that threw me off while I had no issue sorting out the 5.2 harness to work with the 5.9. Thank you for your help. Even though I do not have my trans yet or fueling connected I just hooked up the battery terminals out of curiosity to see if I get power going into the interior (door buzzer etc.) and low and behold success so far!

More Updates: More progression! 3.9 AX-15 (w/ only 43K orig. mi) trans has shipped from Concord CA and I will be picking it up tomorrow. Also power steering lines are in (not shown in pictures). Wideband is wired up. New clutch master cylinder, fuel pump, trans mount, SCT Xcal3 from Unleashed tuning have also arrived. More pictures to come. Looks like this will be running way before Mopars at the Rock this upcoming April.
