Airgap plenum

States it uses a dual plane airgap intake manifold. Besides the power gain, will this improve reliability of the plenum gasket over the standard kegger? Or is this motor at the same risk of plenum gasket failure as a stock motor?

1) It's not the MOTOR with the plenum problem, it's the kegger INTAKE due to how they make it.
2) You need to ask PIE, but I'd bet no, it doesn't have the plenum plate on the bottom but is cast and machined with the plenum bottom on it.

And FWIW, I believe those hp numbers are pretty optimistic for a stock motor..... cam, and bigger valves..... 425 hp.....
The crate 360 magnum from mopar was 380hp, and had a lot more duration (230 and 234) with its cam..... It seems the only advantage to the above motor is the 2.02 valves, as far as making hp.
Both were tested as gross hp and had a 750 cfm carb and headers....
I know that is not what you ask, but just wanted to throw that in there.
