Where is the the fuse for the overdrive switch in a 91 Dakota?

92 fuse schematic dash and under hood.
My rpms are going way up at highway speeds and check engine light comes on. I’ve replaced the muffler, cat, had the fuel injection flushed and replaced fuel filter in the past two weeks but still having the issue. Today I unhooked the battery for 30min or so, and still no change
This is a 92 schematic I think it's good for 87-97 they cost $15 at advance Auto.
