89 Dakota convertible 3.9 v6 engine swap to 3.7 v6 Pentastar
Has anyone considered swapping out a low horsepower 3.9 v6 for a more powerful 3.7 v6 Pentastar engine? There would be significant horsepower gains, equal to or more that that of a lot of v8 s.

Trouble is, everything is different, you would need engine, trans, electronics to run them both, and then you would need to figure out how to make the gauges work. LOTS of custom fab work to put it in, and make it go.
