i used PB on it, I let it sit for a few mi utes before hand. Does reapplying it help? Because I was able to turn the bolts successfully after I got a breaker bar. It was only after turning for a bit that they went to ****. Should I reapply Pb blast as I turn the bolt to try and get it to work on more of the bolt?

You want to spray it where it will do the most good. I don't think it's possible to use 'too much'.

Once the bolt breaks loose, work it back and forth, turn it out a little further each time. Gives the threads a chance to clean up, instead of jamming up. (and breaking the bolt...)
