Issue is resolved, I finally narrowed it down to a bad ECM after checking all powers and grounds to the ECM. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me relearn basic ohms law and diving in wiring diagrams via the FSM. This thing goes like stink by the way!5.9 Magnum + shortbox Dakota Sport = life.
