Default 1991 Dodge Dakota

The rear turn signals, brake lights, rear lights, rear flashers do not work. I have tried wiggling wires with no success. I do have a trailer wiring kit that has been in place 20 years. I have used a 12 volt test light and there does not appear to be any voltage getting to the back. I have wiggled the ignition switch but nothing changes. Everything else seems to work, like wipers, interior lights. Everything in the front works but nothing in the rear.

I'd be checking all the connectors back to front then.

Do you have the factory service manual with the wiring diagrams for your 1991?

I don't know if the 1995 downloadable from the link in the FAQ would help you much, but you can check and see.

Check where the trailer harness hits the rear harness. Those are notorious for going bad.
