The headlamp switch showed up in one day via USPS. It was due Tuesday.

OK I need some info. Does this setup abandon the current plug for the passenger side? The driver side has the socket for its current plug to go into but the passenger side only has the one new plug to stick in the back of the light bulb. I'm gonna go put the Mopar Crank sensor in while I wait for a reply. Oh yea how did you guys route the harness across to the passenger side?
The kit says 9007 on the tag. the selection was for 9004/9007. I may need help with that later to repin.

Yep, only need to hook up one side of the bulb connector, as all it does is control the relays. The relays are what supply power to the bulbs.

I routed the passenger harness across the top of the radiator support. There was a convenient 'valley' all the way across. Dak is likely different though.....

Thanks HY. I cannot for the life of me figure out how I was able to remove and replace the crank sensor last time. I only remember that heat shield scraping the back of my left hand so that it was purple for a couple months. I cannot get a 7/16 open end wrench on it but that is the size star socket that would fit. The 7/16 hex socket would not go on? I tried a star bit it the top but it stripped. That was the biggest size I have.
I remember reading the manual or maybe some posted instructions and it said something about going through the wheel well. so I took the wheel off and it was no easier to access unless I decide to take the inner wheel well out and I'm not interested in that.

Don't the bolts have allen head provisions as well? I seem to remember something about that.... I know changing the sensor in my 96 was a painful experience, and you have even less room to get your hands in there.

If that was allen wrench I hope I didn't screw them up with the star.
OK lights in. They work. Learned something new. If you over tighten the screw that holds the new switch to the bracket it is attached to the light pull will not lock into place, Here is a picture of how I mounted the relays on the bolt for the relay box with grounds there and the passenger ground I put dilectric grease on it to slow the rust. That's just an old sheet metal screw I found laying around. The harness went right over the radiator slot.

You are correct sir. #6 extended 3/8 drive allen with a 12" socket extension and a rotating head ratchet drive. Got them out. I could not for the life of me figure out how to remove the sensor so I put one of the bolts back in because I have to go somewhere.
The trans dip stick and the emissions pipe from the intake to exhaust are in the way. I can loosen the emission pipe. IDK that I can get at the trans dip stick bolt. I don't even know if I can get the other bolt back into the sensor that is there. :/
