Default Need help with Upper control arms

mine is a 1993, with a 3" Trail Master suspension lift, the replaces the suspension and steering system, and the control arm bushing are worn completely out to the point it on jack stands, the spindles have 3" risers in them so I cant use stock control arms, so I really really need to know , are these comparable since nobody makes bushings that will fit my control arms and trail Master only bought the name not et parts and only make stuff for Jeeps now

in the picture you can see both the stock upper control arm and the spindle riser, the riser is why I cant use stock control arms, the edge of the arm rubs the tires, and I don't have the money to completely remove and replace a botched lift kit, I get to rebuild it instead
