Rear Backing Plates
I just seen this now, but earlier today I went off to the scrapyard and found rims off of a '97 (I think) Grand Cherokee. The tires that are on them are 215/75R15s, and they work. There's no rubbing at lock and no rubbing going over bumps. The rims are a tiny bit wider I believe, but there is enough room for everything to move around and such. Even with the front half shaft protruding, the center cap on the rim still fits, too.
Thank you for your help, though.

You can sometimes find "DODGE" or Rams'Head stickers that will just fit them, to make the fit complete. I found two sets (since I had eight center caps! Picked several up in the boneyard) to replace the "JEEP" logos in the center of mine.
Which I need to get into painting them and then logo'ing them and getting them on the wheels.

Measure that center cap on those.

Okay, I got the plates today(finally) and I got one side off but I had to cut the 4 bolts that held it on. I'm stuck on how to remove what's left of the bolt heads so I can property put it back together. I tried using a drill but after using every bit in succession, I gave up. If anyone has any tips for me, that would be fantastic. I tried hitting with a hammer to see if it would budge a little, but no movement at all.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
