Default 94 5.2l hesitation while accelerating?

Hi, my truck has been acting up for the last month or so. It feels like it is missing while I'm accelerating. Once I'm up to speed out on a level highway, it seems to be good. But if I'm going uphill, or starting out from a stop, it acts up. It hasn't died on me yet, though. I thought at first, maybe it was bad gas. But at this point, I've gotten gas from about 4 different stations. I've tried fuel injector cleaners, twice. There are no trouble codes, I did the "turn the ignition on and off 3 times thing" quite a few times now, over the course of the last few weeks. I keep getting "55" with the check engine light. I tested the throttle position, map, and the idle air control sensors. All appear to be in working order. I just gave it a tune up back in March, ex. plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, pcv, crankcase breather, the works! And it was running good for a while after I did it. To me, it acts like a vehicle with a clogged fuel filter. But as I'm sure you guys know, there is no replaceable fuel filter on this truck. I installed a new fuel pump about 3 or 4 years ago, when it left me stranded at the store. I did notice that the motor mount was broken yesterday, that could account for some of the vibration during acceleration. I'm going to be replacing that ASAP. I don't currently own a vacuum or fuel pressure gauges, but plan on purchasing them soon. What do you guys think? I really would hate to go replacing a bunch of stuff on this truck and still have the problem. This is my only form of transportation right now, and I can't afford for it to die on me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What plugs did you put in it? Has the plenum been addressed? Plug wires routed properly?

I'd follow through with answering Hey You to see where his thinking is going and consider checking the adjustment of the TV cable at both ends.
