Thats going to be a big difference. Cam swaps in the magnums make huge increase in power.

Is it stick or auto?

Its a 5sp. (NV3500 out of a 04 dakota) its also 4wd....
It almost doubles the hp.... But it still wont be like a 6.1!! I really envy that truck of yours.

I have to start sorting the wiring, getting rid of whats not needed with the computer junk.....

Is that 360 externally balanced?

The hemi is an expensive route.

Yes it is external balance. I am using a 5.9 flywheel ....
I started today taking out wiring associated with the computer.
​​​​​​not sure how to handle the venting of the fuel tank......
