Default Where to get MAP / Throttle Position Sensor Connector

Hello,

I'm looking to add a mega squirt to my 95 Dodge Dakota 5.2L. Does anyone know where I can get the three pin female connector pigtail that is used to connect to the MAP sensor and throttle position sensor. There is one site I saw where it was $78 each. No way I'm paying that.

Thanks!

You may have to hit up the boneyards.

There's some 3 cavity connectors in the parts list; but I'm not sure which one is that one.

I see a cardinal sin behind - ScotchLoks. Don't EVER use them where oil and water can get to them!

Hi Ralph,

Which parts list are you referring to?

You have good eyes - I didn't notice that. That's from the local garage that installed a DRM. I needed it to pass the provincial inspection. What's the preferred way of doing a splice like that? Waterproof shrink connector?

Waterproof shrink connector after soldering, yes.

The parts list from the FAQ message; back out one step after reading this, then look at the four messages sticky'ed at the top of the forum. Message #3 is the FAQ.

Go about 40% of the way down.

You'll find links to Google Docs on the parts lists.

You'll also find the 1995 factory service manual linked in that same message.
