The 1991 was the first year of the bubble nose - it CAN, but only if you also swap the core support, the hood, the bumper, and the headlight surrounds. And a few other things that I space out on right now (basically anything that bolts to the core support forward.)
Looking on car-part.com I find four pages (!!!) of chrome grills in the USA; try it, using your zip code for the origin point.
For the headlight surrounds, try "headlight door" I find two pages of right side headlight doors, and two of left side headlight doors. Not always at the same boneyards.

In '91, the base Dakota still used the flat front while the Sport and higher end trucks got the rounded nose. I don't think any of the base models got chrome grills though.
