Default 94 Dakota

94 Dodge Dakota with a 3.9 I put a new AIC control valve in it and it's still running rough new plugs wires cap rotor air filter fuel filter is still running rough can't figure it out

Open the throttle body, and look down in the manifold. If you see oil, you need to remove the intake manifold and reseal it.

Did you check codes?
Look through the FAQ section, it will help you find the common problems. there is a 95 and 96 factory service manual there as well.

In the message list, there are four messages "stickied" to the top. The third message is the FAQ message.

Go about 40% of the way down in the message by the scroll bar on the right; there you'll find links to the 95 and the 96 factory service manuals, and right above or below them are links to the factory parts lists. I'd get all four of the parts lists; for instance, for 94-96, it's a "Wiper Transmission" but for 87, it's "Wiper Transmisssion" and all the parts, including the bushings that are failing with age.
