42 Fuel pump relay control ckt, Auto shutdown relay control ckt, No ASD relay output voltage at PCM, Fuel level sending unit volts out of range, Fuel level unit No change over miles
Lotsa possibilities there.

What is the fuel pressure when it is running before you press the gas pedal?
Then what does fuel pressure do when you increase the throttle?
If it idles could the injectors still be a problem? This is a TBI right?

Yes, the 91 is a TBI.
I'd check fuel pressure (14.5PSI) and fuel flow. I do not find it in a cursory read of the FSM; what I REMEMBER (which may be wrong; if someone has it documented, feel free to chip in!) is that it should flow a litre a minute minimum when you bypass the fuel pump relay.
