Mine are getting pretty rusty. The rest of the frame, other then the bump stop brackets are in very good shape.
Has anyone attempted repairing the mounts?

Man i really wish I had some helpful input for you. A dedicated auto fab shop could do it I'm sure. Taking it to a good shop is nearly what I did with mine before I found a good replacement frame, but mine was way, way worse than yours. Good luck to you.

 

Hey Tbugden, thanks for your input. I've got a few months to go on my state inspection, then I'm going to have to try.. I plan to make a jig to keep the upper control arm in the same location. Then cut out the bad, fabricate what needs to be replaced, and fit it all in. If that fails, a SAS swap will be my next attempt.
