3 Engine codes
Well I finally got my 1993 Dodge Dakota V8 Le 4x4 to start and running, but now I have 3 engine codes 32 EGR System Failure, 33 A/C Clutch Relay circuit and 62 PCM failure SRI mile not stored. When I first got this vehicle I had to replace the PCM I am at a loss if I should just replace it again or if it could be a problem with a wiring harness some where... I am having issues with intermittent jerking or stuttering while I accelerate almost like it is going to stall. I only seems to happen after I've been driving around a lot. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I already knew that I needed to replace the EGR that I thought was a given. I got that part on order and will just replace the whole thing. But the more perplexing code is the one for the PCM. I had all ready replaced it a few years back and it should be fine. I also have replacement relay on order as well. Also EGR does affect how it runs but would it jerky when you accelerated or is this just a perfect storm with the combo of A/C relay, EGR and PCM? This only happens when its been running for a longer times and it doesn't stall but sure feels like it wants to. Anyways I'll fix what know is broken and retest it again i guess.

I needed to replace my PCM, but mine didn’t have a part number on it. I went to the dealer with my vin and got a part number. Once I installed the new PCM, it ran as if the timing was way off and had a code 62. I went through everything I could think of and couldn’t get it running well.
On a whim I went back to the dealer with the vin again. This time a got a different part number for the PCM. I ordered a second PCM with the new part# and it runs great now.

The code 62 is EMR Miles Not Stored (Unsuccessful attempt to update the EMR (Emissions Maintenance Required) mileage in the PCM)
I would expect that to erase if you disconnect the battery.
The EGR can be cleaned. IDK about the relay. Rock Auto has a computer for your vehicle IDK if its the right one.
None of that seems connected to the misfire while driving you describe. I found this link https://www.2carpros.com/questions/d...er-it-warms-up

Well I think I might be going down a rabbit hole but I'm going to check IAT sensor to see if it might be failing.. My logic might be a bit flawed but I figure if it is failing it might show up when it is warmed up and it is located where I was installing the injectors?(maybe I wasn't being careful enough or because it is an old truck that sat for years things might be little brittle..) It is actually making me a bit nutz...
