Default 3 Engine codes

Well I finally got my 1993 Dodge Dakota V8 Le 4x4 to start and running, but now I have 3 engine codes 32 EGR System Failure, 33 A/C Clutch Relay circuit and 62 PCM failure SRI mile not stored. When I first got this vehicle I had to replace the PCM I am at a loss if I should just replace it again or if it could be a problem with a wiring harness some where... I am having issues with intermittent jerking or stuttering while I accelerate almost like it is going to stall. I only seems to happen after I've been driving around a lot. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

EGR not functioning properly can make the engine run kinda funny. Not sure how the system works on the Dak, but, general things like clogs ports, bad valve, etc. Can cause the system to malfunction.

Yes, I already knew that I needed to replace the EGR that I thought was a given. I got that part on order and will just replace the whole thing. But the more perplexing code is the one for the PCM. I had all ready replaced it a few years back and it should be fine. I also have replacement relay on order as well. Also EGR does affect how it runs but would it jerky when you accelerated or is this just a perfect storm with the combo of A/C relay, EGR and PCM? This only happens when its been running for a longer times and it doesn't stall but sure feels like it wants to. Anyways I'll fix what know is broken and retest it again i guess.

When there are multiple problems, the symptoms can be REALLY puzzling. Fix what you know is broke, go from there.

Or as Ralph phrased it, "Fix what you can, what's left is what's wrong".

I needed to replace my PCM, but mine didn’t have a part number on it. I went to the dealer with my vin and got a part number. Once I installed the new PCM, it ran as if the timing was way off and had a code 62. I went through everything I could think of and couldn’t get it running well.

On a whim I went back to the dealer with the vin again. This time a got a different part number for the PCM. I ordered a second PCM with the new part# and it runs great now.

Was the PCM from the dealer expensive? Because I can seem to find it anywhere.

The code 62 is EMR Miles Not Stored (Unsuccessful attempt to update the EMR (Emissions Maintenance Required) mileage in the PCM)
I would expect that to erase if you disconnect the battery.
The EGR can be cleaned. IDK about the relay. Rock Auto has a computer for your vehicle IDK if its the right one.
None of that seems connected to the misfire while driving you describe. I found this link https://www.2carpros.com/questions/d...er-it-warms-up

Well I think I might be going down a rabbit hole but I'm going to check IAT sensor to see if it might be failing.. My logic might be a bit flawed but I figure if it is failing it might show up when it is warmed up and it is located where I was installing the injectors?(maybe I wasn't being careful enough or because it is an old truck that sat for years things might be little brittle..) It is actually making me a bit nutz...

The PCM I needed was not available from the dealer, but printout they gave me, with the part#, listed the price at over $800. Cardone has remans for about $350.
