Default Seat belt buckles

What are y’all doing for belt buckles? My 96 has 3 out of 6 if the buckles cracked and failing. Drivers buckle completely failed trapping my poor retired dad for a few minutes.

I tried eBay, Amazon and google searches. All the buckles I’m finding are multiple inches longer than stock and when bolted to the stock cable, they stick out too far and are a bit uncomfortable. Any sources appreciated.

Theoretically, they are still available from dodge, but, they are not inexpensive........ Try LMC Truck, or Carid.....

I have the 94 and replaced both passenger and driver entire belt with NOS. I used these guys. They cost $185 and $218 in 2016.
https://www.vpartsinc.com/ The driver one gave me trouble catching as I tried to put it on when it got cold out and they replaced it.
