I have ran into a issue. Just put new MC on truck and tried to do a bench bleed as said while on truck and front( towards battery) side is giving a few drips but no real fluid. It seem the one closed to the booster is bleeding fine. Did I overlook something or maybe missed a step? I bled it like you would doing a bleeding process.

I did my bench bleed on, well, the bench. I did not install it first so I'm afraid I wont be much help. Seems it would be easier to do on the bench as it takes only one person and you can see if there is air coming thru the lines.

You HAVE to do the bench bleed first, else your brakes will never work properly. Due to the angle the MC mounts at, there will always be air trapped in it. Unless you can jack up the rear of the truck enough to level it out? Then, a couple short pieces of sacrificial line screwed into the fittings, and curled around back into the reservoir, pump it until you don't get any more air, hook it to the rest of the brake system, and bleed as normal. Don't let it run empty though.

Thanks, I will pull it back off and do the bench bleed. I have those lines and connection I can use from the ABS system I replaced on mine a while back. These should be long enough to bend back. Thanks guys

Some of those MC come with a little bleed kit. Plastic lines and fittings. They’re junk. I made my own using real brake line and real fittings. So yes, if you have some old lines and fittings that would be best. As HY said, don’t let that MC run dry at any time. Plenty of videos to watch on you tube.

Thank you Gentlemen for the help. It's done and working great. Took MC and bench bled with full bleeding of all four wheels and he said it,s the best brakes he had for years.
