I have checked each of the injector connectors with a noid light and each of the
six connectors show a flashing noid light.

Since the six injector connectors passed the noid light test does that confirm
there are no issues with the wiring from the PCM to the injector connectors and
the problem is one or more bad injectors?

 

It may just be a poor connection at one of the injectors. Or, it may be a failing injector. Unfortunately, the code is pretty generic, and doesn't tell you WHICH injector it thinks is problematic.
