Not sure but one might be the OBD1 scanner connection. My '93 V8 is on the passenger side near where the fender meets the firewall. You would hook your scanner up to that connection to read codes. Don't need it on my '93 cuz I can read them without doing the ignition bump method. I'm thinking that's not it tho. Where is that top picture located?

Beats me, man. One of these electronic nerds will know. Hang tight. One of them will be along soon I'm sure.

May be for options you don't have?

How many wires are sticking out of them. Wondering if that flatter one is for ABS...which it doesn't appear you have. But then I don't know how it would reach.

Sure looks like the connector for the ABS but it doesn't look like it would reach. Hard to say in a picture. You don't have ABS do you?

ABS would be my guess on the larger/flatter one. I'm trying to remember my ABS history. Thinking that was an option on many vehicles back in the 90's and then went as standard equipment in most cars. Not certain.

But as Hey You said, those connectors are likely for options you don't have and they just go along for the ride.
