Default Leaking transmission fluid

Hi - I had a new rear end installed at the end of last summer. Since then, I've had a leak of transmission fluid (picture attached) while the truck is sitting. I've had it back to be fixed and they can't get it done right. Any help is appreciated. 1990 V6 automatic trans.

Right at the end of the transmission. There's a drop ready to fall in the picture.

Ah, didn't see that one first time. (it's early..... only one cup of coffee so far. )

There is a bushing in there as well, that wears, and makes it harder for the seal to actually do it's job. If they have replaced the seal, and it still leaks.... might be time for the bushing as well.

Thank you so much! I hear you on the coffee... Can I bother you for another question? I'm having trouble finding the part numbers - can you point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Looks like the bushing itself isn't available separately, need the whole extension housing..... which has been discontinued for quite some time... Finding a new one likely isn't gonna happen, and going with used? Likely end up with one worse than what ya got..... New slip yoke with tighter splines (by virtue of being new....) might help, but, no guarantees there either.

Shouldn't there be something screwed into those two holes?
