Default Help needed with a 1994 dodge Dakota

We were doing some small work on it and I guess one of my buddies disconnected the breather hose without me noticing. It was left disconnected and was drove for almost an hour. The truck now dies when coming to a stop in drive, we are pretty sure its main issue is that it’s now got a vacuum leak but advice is definitely needed. When we ran codes we got 12,37,24,55.

12, battery disconnected in last 50 key cycles.

37, part throttle unlock(PTU) circuit, open or short detected <- not sure about this one..... Don't know if that is correct....

24, throttle position sensor voltage high/low

55, end of codes.

I would check the TPS first. See what voltage it is putting out at various positions.
