1992 dakota 4X4 ECM ?'s
I have a 1992 dodge dakota that I have approx. 162,000Mi. I have changed plugs, wires, cap, fuel filter. My main problem is hard starting and when it does start it is missing a couple of cylinders. Also the when you are driving and you want to give a little more gas it starts to sputter and basically loose all power. It also backfires in the intake too. I am thinking it is the ecm but not sure. Any help would be appreciated. There are no codes.

Check to make sure the gap on the spark plugs is correct should be .035 in (.89 mm)
Also make sure the wires are going to the correct plug. (Refer to some kind of manual, [librarys usually have them] or look online.)
I know I changed my plugs wires, cap and rotor a month ago, and I *thought* everything was good, until I drove it, and it drove like crap. Just misrouted a couple wires.
