1995 dodge dakota 3.9

does anyone know what sends the pulse to the injectors??

When I turn the key on the injector light goes on, then clicks off, when I crank it fades away.

The automatic shutdown (ASD) relay provides the positive eletric. The PCM provides the ground (thus, the PCM actually creates the pulse).
