what motor before?? i'm assuming you're wanting a magnum in place of the old TB Carb 3.9 yeah it will bolt up. don't know if it will run...If i remember correctly the 3.9 is like the 318 and the heads changed but i'm not completely positive...on the 318 magnums the bolt angles in the head changed so you coudln't bolt up a 4bbl intake off an older la 318. if the 3.9s are the same way yeah it will bolt up but you'll have to swap the whole wireing harnes in and make it fuel injected. and you can't just swap heads because of the roller lifters. you'd need new pushrods to fit the head.....

yeh it has an old tb application. and why would i have to swap the heads if im swaping whole engines. i just wanna remove the old engine and wiring and install the magnum and wiring. it should just be that simple if the engine bolts to the driveline smoothly. and if so i was wounderin what all i could do to the mag. engine to squeeze power out? like with a fresh rebuild and all.

You will need the magnum engine, The wiring harness for that engine, and the computer. It should bolt right up to your tranny. I wouldn't imagine this would be too terrible of a swap to pull off.

Hope this helps.
