Ryathis is indeed correct I own one of those carbureted models it's kinda punchy but it could be better.Yall say a tornado could actually help it cuz I always thought they were just a gimik...huh whoda thunk it....

I think they went from coburator to TBI in 88. then they went to fuel injection in 91. only in TBI or carburator you will feel anydifference.

In 1988, everything went to throttle body fuel injection (TBFI). Here, gas is introduced at the throttle body.
Than, in 1992, they switched to Sequential Fuel Injection (SFI), which brought about the Magnum motors. Here, gas is introduced just before the intake valve.
