Just got the truck out of the shop and now this code is coming on. Do you think it is metal in the lines or that I just need to replace the sensor?

One other problem is that the sensors have magnets on them (I heard that from a tranny shop) and they can get plugged up from any metal floating around. I hope those guys did a good flush on your cooling system with the rebuild. Oh and what is the code?

 

The code was P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage. I believethat is the o2 sensor.

 

Correct. It should be the after cat O2 sensor. Replace both of them. You might want to do a back pressure test on the cat to insure that there is no blockage before you replace them. Most muffler shops will do this for free. You should have no more than 5 Lbs. Back pressure.

Stronger, more thrust, less wear, and just plain better. Also install a Trango Shift Kit while your in there for an extra $100 because they have the valve body disassembled anyway. This ensures correct shifting and less wear between shifts. Also they are really meant for towing and heavy duty usage which means more longevity.
