Hehehe... Thanks Hydra! I'm gonna get that foam pipe insulatoin and zip ties to wrap the lines. If I use that tape, I might break a line!...LOL...LOL...

Does it hurt to wrap both sides in and out on the compressor?

I like the foam anyway.

I disagree Indy:
You want as much cooling as you can get on the return lines. Even a little is something.

cooling side is the only side you need wrapped. you want the hot side to expel as much heat as possible!

Take a look at your home central air unit outside. In most cases the return line (bigger line) is always insulated.

So which line? From this picture, do I insulate A, B, C & D??? Trouble from insulating any of those too?

I just wrapped A & B but I can take off one if need be. HELP!

Indy, I like your diamond plate air box. I think you just need to wrap the cold line and leave the hot line to dissipate heat.

Indy, You did'nt need to take the whole radiator out to take the picture. LOL!!!

+2 on the diamond plating, and + 2 on the colored wire loom/covering

What is that hose to the left of the lower radiator hose near the condenser? Is that part of the K&N?

That was my initial thought then went back a few threads and remembered about his new cooling fan and I am figuring a new radiator since I saw protective wrapping over the radiator inlet/outlet tubes, and the radiator and fan looked brand new in the photo.

Still good to bust his chops every once in a while though. Sort of a hoosier thing!!!
