You can also buy a OEM K&N filter replacement.

How much? You sending all the parts I assume?? Such as the support arm, etc... (I know dumb question)

Why you getting rid of it?

Did it help with power and gas milage??

I got an '02 5.9L and have been looking at getting the K&N kit and a TB riser.

Don't bother with the spacer and as for the CAI it will help with power and gas mileage.

Nope you lose power with them unless you are carbed. All that swirling air comes down to nothing in the end.
