Best is to call him direct and speak to Dan. He can give you the exact details. But in your case, if you do buy from fastman, you might as well forget about getting money back for the core due to shipping charges. Maybe when you come back to the states, then you can ship the tranny back to fastman to get your $700 core charge back.
