Default Brakes.....

Ok, I know someone has replaces a set or few of brakes in here. Is there any particular brand you would recommend and if so, price range....etc.

Another thing, I took my truck back to the dealer about 1 week after I bought it due to some very squeaky brakes. They only do it sometimes, actually very rarely. I thought it just may have been dirt so I cleaned the rotors and checked the brakes myself, I have about 30% in the front and about 60% in the back. The dealer said they were aftermarket brakes but this smells like you know what to me due to the truck only having 36,000 on it. He tried to say that since they were aftermarket pads, they contain more metal that stock brakes and due to this, they squeak.

Any of you heard of this????

High metallic pads and shoes can make more noise than organic pads.

it sounds like you have metallic pads...they make noise. if you want to get rid of that, look into some ceramic pads. most big shop chains, like monro, or meineke have lifetime warranties on their pads..but theyre pricey...

Ceramics will produce less dust as well.

Man those things look wicked. Does anyone know where I could get the aftermarket 20" R/T wheels? I seen them on a Durango on Cardomain and they look very nice!

I have seen them on ebay, there is a company that makes 20in factory wheels, I am thinking of picking up a set myself. They run around $1300 for the rims.
