I like the Pine Tree, just wondering if anybody has had any problems with their air fresheners lately..

great forum, if you have a question about wax or type of oil to use, no real wrenchers here I guess? just weekend waxers.

cheers

Yankee Candles. Cost a about the price of the 3 Pine Trees, but it lasts longer IMO.

that's a great idea, Yankee Candles, never thought about that.. do you think they would be compatible with my 99?
I have the factory tow package so I wonder if the lower gear ratio would affect their ability to burn evenly.
one more question, how do you keep them lit on the highway?

any help would be appreciated..

They'll work only if you've converted to a 2.4 Diesel and use E85. They'll add to torque for the towing.

No need to light them, they come in air fresheners now. I guess they were tired of people lighting their vehicles on fire.

Ive been sticking with the good ole Leaf. I use any of the cologne scents you can buy. I use to use the ones that clip on the vents, but the smell goes away real fast in the winter due to the heat pushing through them. Plus, The smell was overpowering. Now, when I do a good Detail on the "D", I use "OZIUM" spray on the headliner, seats, and carpet to neutralize the odors in the car...Great stuff!

I think the poster is cracking on the forum users.

He mentions no wrenchers here, just waxers then baits a B/S topic and watches the fish come and take it.

Congrats fish!
Funny poster. However there is real info to be found here, just look.

BTW, I like "new car"

I use Marlboro, as canibus is too big a deal these days and I grew out of it in the late 80's early 90's

As far as foo foo window tinting, captain bling bling wheel buy'n all show no go "I wash my car every day"yuppie d**k weeds go, air freshener boy is the first one I've seen on this site.

Everyone else who posts here at least wants to do their own maintenence work.

Hey Elvis,
check my other 3 postings, no response from any wrenchers on this site, 60 something views...Zero replies.. only when I mentioned that I was looking for a new air freshener did any of the D owners come out and reply.. I do wrench, but was in a situation where I was looking for some quick advise or testimonial on a Wheel HUb Bearing after searching the archives, not a $2.00 part that I could go out and throw on per someones hunch..

Here's a monkey wrench for ABS/BRAKE light victims, board members mention the speedo diable below 30 MPH if the rear ABS sensor on the pumpkin goes bad.. I removed mine all together, speedo works just fine.. My Hub was smoked, replaced upper and lower ball joints while it was disassembled..smooth as a babies bottom

great site,
\keep up the good work
