Anyone try HHO?????
yea i picked up a couple of the solid box covers from the home depot for 2.xx USD and installed htem yesterday and hooked everything up again and it seems like i have gained some MPGs from the unit but we will see when i get gas again next week
Glad to see the two who I expected to be stunned by this... are. Yes that much oil does go into the engine. If you look down the ports on your throttle body... given the proper sun light and angle. One can see the same oil film that has built up below my PVC enhancer on the grey area or inner fender if you will.
Now on to the bb's. They trap the (oil vapors) in the PVC or "air filter". Hints the fluid inside. The oil vapors build back into thier original form of a liquid.
How does this enhance the system? Well lets think... if the oil vapors are allowed into the air intake, where they would normaly go. Wouldn't they cause a small problem if they don't burn along with the gas. Which they don't, so they add to the deposits in the combustion chamber and intake valves, etc. No you won't see 100 mile per gal better in your tank but in time... a smoother running engine, if you pay attention. This is a way to keep that fuel injection cleaning that you got lasting longer. If I took of and then cleaned out my air intake I bet it wouldn't get the same oilly film that it had before.
Hey guys, look I am like everyone else out there trying to find a way to make thier "D" last longer, more fuel efficent and such, So don't turn down an Idea until you tried it!
Now on the HHO hot topic the steel or any metal that is used will disintagrate alot faster than needed unless we stick to the program and use the proper grade 316

We never detoured away from the idea. We were just asking how it worked and the ideas behind it. So don't get jumpy.
I wonder if using a type of steel wool would better trap the vapor. I think the idea of the BB's works but is hindered by the fact that they only stay at the bottom of the glass and utilize the filament to extract the vapor from the air. I don't think it "Enhances" at all but the system but it would make it cleaner.
Basically, it only "Enhances" filtration so I would lean to "PVC Filter" as a better name for it.
How do you regulate vacume with this unit?????
Back to HHO, I think the useof proper grade 316 is the better way to go here.

I have a new design based from smacks booster. My HHO production is great and mileage is up 20%. I removed the PCVenhancer for now. as stated on an earlier post I built my Map enhancer by haven't installed it yet.
I'll attach photos as i get everything running. I changed my plates to 16ga 316L solid stainless. Different from the pics I posted earlier. It's now running 20amps @ 160 deg the plastic lid is my only concern. PVC seems the way to go.
Install plates with 3/16" spacing and alternate + - + - seems to produce twice as much HHO, also add a bubbler to cool the gas and serve as a flash back arrestor....

Well the Idea of steel wool is a good concept, but if you look at my filter setup inside is a small tan colored ceramic filter that the oil vapors don't or haven't built up onto yet. So the bb's are fine for this setup. Once again this is the same air filter used on air pump lines. so the ceramic filter inside should be the one trapping the vapors instesd of the bb's.
the vac is the same it does not change. There is not a need to regulate the vac with this system.
I have been looking around town for the type 316 wire but have had no luck. I may just order it off the internet in time[sm=shades.gif]

There is a regulated amout of vacume????? This is why the PVC is set up the way it is including size.
How do you regulate incoming pressure and volume to get the same flow as a regular PVC????
