Default Changing to a Airaid or FastMan TB HELP?

[align=left]Hello Guys Its Me again

With another weird or dumb question? If I were to install a Fastman or Airaid TB do you have to change the black air box that sits on top of the motor and what with? Not the one that has the filter in it the other one that sits on top of the motor because now the bolts wont line up. HELP

Its on a 2000 D-4x4 4.7L Thanks Again

to get the best results switch to a cai (cold air intake) this will give you maximum air flow to go along with your new tb. and more room under the hood with all the stock airbox junk gone.

A fastman TB will bolt right up because he uses the same TB just bored out. Stay away from Araid.

The intake systems only bring in hot air so a custom intake CIA is by far better and the Fastman TB bolts up just as OEM because Dan uses OEMTB's as a core.

Your OEM air box will install on to your fastman TB.

Just an FYI but a TB spacer does not work with an MPI motor so don't waste your bucks.

That is why we are here.

Install a fastman TB then pipe your air in from outside the engine bay for a Cold Air Intake and install a K&N filter into the OEM air box. You will be HAPPY!
