Ya, there's some work all over in my rig but I do find it strange that other people that have the 5.9L and some have upgrades like mine don't have the same problem?

I just wonder if this is the problem why I only get 30k per set?

Maybe you should go n8ech's route and do a t-case swap for the AWD. That might help a little. I know that the Ram guys (CTD that do a lot of towing) have problems with these tires. The sidewalls don't hold up so well. Sooo I imagine that might be part of your problem hydra if you're taking that camper out a lot. I presonally have never towed a thing with my baby yet.

Swapping to a AWD T-case would result in loss of power and fuel economy and also 4X4 capacity. I utilize these very much depending on what I do with my rig. Sounds like one way or another I gotta pay for it. Green....the BFG KO's have 3 ply side walls to fix that problem.

Anyway on yours DR0318 we can fix that!…..LOL….How much do ya want to put into it!

yea the spinning of the tires alot definetly shortens their life and if you cant avoid it in the rain/snow than dont expect the tires to last.

mine breaks free quite often (but then thats how i drive gas pedal to the floor at the light then back on the break) but i need to try if i want to do it unless its snowing then i get to drift w/ or w/o trying

Upon the time I rebuild the engine I want to look into heads, lifters, push rods, rockers, cam + sensor, Oil pump, intake options, and TB options. So at that time approx 5k hopefully lot less, but you get what you pay for so I don't plan to go cheap for good quality ya know

ya having 8 cylinders under the control of 1 foot tends to do that to a person gets expensive but w/e it MUCH better than driving a 4 cyl honda POS ill pay for the gas to like the car that i drive

Sometimes I miss being able to spin the rear tires! But unfortunate for me, I have AWD option so no tire belching for me. But in a way, that kept me from having to buy a new set of tires often! haha. I hope these BFG Longtrail Touring T/A's will last me the 65k rating they rated. I know I have overstepped the 40k miles on my Comp T/A's by 10k miles. Hopefully I can do the same on these Longtrails. They sure are quiet tires and still have somewhat an agressive offroad tread look from a distance but they are really make for highway use.
